What will my first visit be like?
When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by friendly faces who are genuinely glad you’re here. Our worship service includes meaningful music, prayer, Scripture, and a sermon that connects faith with everyday life. Most services last about an hour, and you’re welcome to participate as much—or as little—as you feel comfortable.
What should I wear?
Come as you are. You’ll see people dressed in everything from casual clothes to business casual. What matters most to us is not what you wear, but that you feel comfortable and welcome.
Where do I park and where do I go when I arrive?
Parking is available on our church grounds. Our entrances are clearly marked, and greeters are happy to help guide you to the sanctuary or answer any questions you may have.
What about children or grandchildren?
Children are always welcome at First Clover UMC. We love having young voices and energy in worship. On the first Sunday of the month, children are invited to participate in a special moment during the service, and we offer age-appropriate opportunities for learning and growth through our Godly Play ministry during the Sunday Morning Service Time.
What kind of church is First Clover UMC?
We are a community of people seeking to follow Jesus with faith, compassion, and humility. We believe in loving God, caring for one another, and serving our neighbors in meaningful ways—both inside and outside the church.
What’s the best way to get connected after my first visit?
The best first step is simply to come back. You’re also welcome to introduce yourself to our pastor or any church member, join us for fellowship, or explore opportunities to serve and grow. We believe relationships grow naturally over time, and we’re glad to walk that journey with you.
Do you livestream your Sunday Morning Worship Service?
We do livestream our Sunday Morning Worship Service each week through our church’s Facebook page.
